管道风险评价技术现状和启示

Present Situation and Enlightenment of Pipeline Risk Assessment Technology

由于管道失效会造成严重的后果,管道运营公司在管道设计阶段、制造阶段、施工阶段、运行阶段和报废阶段都采取了很多技术、管理措施来防止管道失效事件的发生,尽管这样,由于管道所处环境复杂多变,常规的预防措施难以保证管道平稳高效地运行,因此,需要采用一定的方法对管道进行定期检查判断,根据检查判断结果提前进行预防事故的准备,从而有效避免管道事故发生。在这样背景下,本文分析了国内外管道风险评价技术现状,得出了风险评价技术对管道运营商管理管道的启示。

Due to the serious consequences caused by pipeline failure,many technical and management measures have been taken by pipeline operators in the stages of pipeline design,manufacturing,construction,operation and scrapping to prevent pipeline failure.However,due to the complex and changeable environment in which the pipeline is located,it is still difficult for conventional preventive measures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the pipeline.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt certain methods to check and judge pipelines regularly,and prepare for accident prevention in advance according to the results of inspection and judgment,so as to effectively avoid accidents in pipelines.Under this background,this paper analyzes the current situation of pipeline risk assessment technology at home and abroad,and draws the enlightenment of risk assessment technology to pipeline operators'management of pipelines.
