摘要 社会的发展对石油化工产品的需求量不断增加,各个国家开始努力提升自身石油化工生产能力,我国原油炼厂也在不断扩大生产能力。作为原油炼厂的主要装置,常减压装置也是最容易被腐蚀的部位,特别是在原油重质化、劣质化程度不断加深的条件下,常减压装置受到的腐蚀往往也更加严重。常减压装置腐蚀问题是制约炼油装置生产能力的主要因素。文章全面分析并介绍了常减压装置的腐蚀和防护,仅供参考。 With the development of society,the demand for petrochemical products is increasing,and every country starts to improve its petrochemical production capacity,and the crude oil refineries in our country are also expanding their production capacity.As the main equipment of crude oil refinery,atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is also the most easily corroded part,especially under the condition of heavy and inferior crude oil,the corrosion of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is often more serious.The corrosion problem of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is the main factor restricting the production capacity of oil refining unit.This paper comprehensively analyzes and introduces the corrosion and protection of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit for reference only.
