摘要
在氮气保护下原料对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对卤苯甲酸甲酯在催化下偶联合成4,4'-二苯醚二甲酸二甲酯,4,4'-二苯醚二甲酸二甲酯经水解,酸化得到最终产品4,4'-二苯醚二甲酸。利用HPLC检测确定各步反应转化率,考察各种有机配体对偶联反应的影响。结果表明,有机配体与铜盐络合形成的催化剂可有效提高4,4'-二苯醚二甲酸合成总收率至85%以上。
Under the protection of nitrogen,the raw materials methyl p-hydroxybenzoate and methyl p-halobenzoate were coupled into dimethyl-4,4′-oxybisbenzoate under the catalysis.The final product 4,4'-diphenyl ether dicarboxylic acid was obtained by hydrolysis and acidification of dimethyl-4,4′-oxybisbenzoate.The conversion rate of each step was determined by HPLC,and the effects of various organic ligands were investigated on the coupling reaction.The results showed that,the total yield of 4,4'-diphenyl ether dicarboxylic acid could be effectively improved more than 85%by the catalyst complexed with organic ligands and copper salts.
