摘要
首先以四氢呋喃均聚醚(PTMG)和4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-100)为原料合成聚氨酯预聚体,再用对苯二酚二羟乙基醚(HQEE)扩链剂制备聚氨酯弹性体。讨论了扩链系数、加压前反应时间以及耐热空气老化处理(10℃,168h)对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着扩链系数的增大,聚氨酯弹性体的硬度变化不大,拉断伸长率、拉伸强度、300%模量和撕裂强度都先升高后降低;加压前反应时间对弹性体的力学性能和结晶的出现有明显影响;弹性体的热空气老化性能良好。
Firstly,polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized with tetrahydrofuran homopolyether(PTMG)and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI-100)as raw materials,and then polyurethane elastomer was prepared with hydroquinone dihydroxyethyl ether(HQEE)chain extender.The effects of chain extension coefficient,reaction time before pressing and heat-resistant air aging treatment(10℃,168h)on the mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomer were discussed.The results show that with the increase of chain extension coefficient,the hardness of polyurethane elastomer changes little,and the elongation at break,tensile strength,300%modulus and tear strength all increase first and then decrease.The reaction time before pressing has obvious influence on the mechanical properties and crystallization of elastomers.Elastomer has good hot air aging performance.
