阳煤集团开元矿“五化”及“五个机制”建设进展

Progress in the Construction of"Five Transformations"and"Five Mechanisms"in Kaiyuan Mine of Yangmei Group

煤矿安全工作是煤矿工作的重要内容。为了强化煤矿的安全生产,阳煤开元矿进行“五化”及“五个机制”建设,即结对互保制度化、人员排查日常化、追究连带责任持续化、培养集体观念形式多样化、营造遵章守纪氛围常态化。经过一年多建设,开元矿管理责任事故、隐患责任事故明显减少,极大地提高了煤矿的经济效益。

Coal mine safety work is an important part of coal mine work.In order to strengthen the safety production in coal mines,Kaiyuan Coal Mine of Yangmei has carried out the construction of"five transformations"and"five mechanisms",namely,the institutionalization of mutual insurance,the routine investigation of personnel,the persistence of joint and several liability,the diversification of collective ideas and the normalization of the atmosphere of observing regulations and disciplines.After more than one year's construction,the management liability accidents and hidden danger liability accidents in Kaiyuan Coal Mine have been significantly reduced,which has greatly improved the economic benefits of coal mines.
