斜孔结构装甲设计及抗弹性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 设计了一种斜孔结构装甲,利用有限元方法研究高速弹体冲击下斜孔结构装甲的弹道力学行为,重点分析孔倾角对孔结构装甲不同典型弹着点侵彻破坏的影响。计算结果表明:弹着点位于孔结构中心(弹着点Ⅰ)时,斜孔结构设计导致弹体发生了严重侵蚀、偏航以及折断,有效降低了弹体的侵彻速度,使孔结构中心不再是最薄弱部位;随着孔倾角的增加,位于倾斜孔洞上方的弹着点Ⅱ-1和Ⅲ-1所对应斜孔结构装甲的防护能力逐渐降低,而其余位置的防护能力逐渐提高;孔倾角为45°的斜孔结构装甲具有较优的抗弹性能。 A perforated armor with oblique holes is designed and the ballistic behavior of the perforated armor with oblique holes is investigated using finite element method.The effects of hole inclination angle on the ballistic performance at different typical hitting locations are analyzed.It is shown that the projectile after penetrating the center of the oblique hole at SiteⅠis eroded evidently,deviates from the incident trajectory and subsequently fractures into several parts.The velocity of projectile is reduced effectively and then the center of hole is not the weakest location.The ballistic performances of the hitting locations at SitesⅡ-1 and Ⅲ-1 decrease with increasing of the hole inclination angle,while increase at other hitting locations.The perforated armor with hole inclination angle 45°has the best ballistic resistance among three inclination angles.
