摘要
基于Airpak软件对不同三维空间(长方体、圆柱和正六棱柱)数据机房的气流组织进行数值模拟,并通过数据机房气流组织评价指标供热指数SH、回热指数RH、回风温度指数RT,进一步探讨了不同三维空间的机房冷却性能。研究结果表明:同等条件下,圆柱、正六棱柱数据机房内的机柜与长方体数据机房的相比,平均温度分别下降0.5℃、0.37℃,平均供热指数分别下降0.07、0.09,平均回热指数分别上升0.07、0.09,平均回风温度指数均下降0.01;相对于长方体数据机房,圆柱、正六棱柱数据机房的气流组织分布更合理,机柜冷气利用率更高。本文结果为数据机房的空间设计提供了新的设计依据。
Based on Airpak software,the air distribution of data rooms in different three-dimensional spaces(cuboid,cylinder and regular hexagonal prism)is numerically simulated,and the cooling performance of data rooms in different three-dimensional spaces is further discussed through the evaluation indexes of air distribution of data rooms,such as heating index,regenerative index and rack cooling index.The results show that,under the same conditions,compared with the rectangular data room,the average temperature of cabinets in the cylindrical and regular hexagonal data rooms decreases by 0.5℃and 0.37℃,respectively.Heating index of cabinets in cylindrical and regular hexagonal data rooms decrease by 0.07 and 0.09 respectively,while heat recovery index increase by 0.07 and 0.09 respectively,and cooling index of racks decreases by 0.01.Compared with cuboid data room,the air distribution of cylindrical and hexagonal data room is more reasonable,and the utilization rate of cabinet air conditioning is higher,which provides a new design basis for the space design of data room.
