钻杆转速受煤体强度影响的试验分析

摘要 为研究煤体强度对钻杆转速的影响,通过对钻机钻进煤样试件时煤样-钻头-钻杆的受力分析,建立了煤体钻削机理模型、钻头刀具切削煤体受力模型和钻杆力学模型,理论上给出了钻杆转速与煤体强度之间存在负相关性的依据。在实验室利用自制的钻杆转速测试装置进行钻孔试验,结果表明:在煤体应力及钻进速度相同的条件下,对试件钻孔过程中,钻杆转速与煤体强度呈负相关关系。 In order to study the effects of coal strength on drilling rotation speed,the coal rock mass drilling mechanism model and the bit cutter model are established by analyzing the force of the coal sample-bit-drill pipe when drilling the coal sample.The rock force model and the drill rod torque model theoretically give a basis for the negative correlation between the drilling rotation speed and the coal strength.The borehole test was carried out in the laboratory using a self-made drill pipe speed test device.The results show that under the conditions of coal stress and drilling speed,the drilling rotation speed and coal strength during the drilling process of the test piece are negative correlated.
