自拟除湿清热止血方治疗经间期出血湿热证的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Self-Made Chushi Qingre Zhixue Formula in the Treatment of Intermenstrual Bleeding of Damp-Heat Syndrome

目的:探讨应用自拟除湿清热止血方治疗经间期出血湿热证患者的临床疗效。方法:选择就诊于河北中医学院第一附属医院妇科门诊的经间期出血属湿热证的患者50例随机分为两组,观察组给予自拟除湿清热止血方口服,对照组给予优思明口服,两组均治疗3个月经周期;治疗前后依照患者的病情状况进行中医证候评分,并观察临床综合疗效、止血情况、不良反应等,对实验所得的数据进行统计分析,并对结果进行解释及讨论。结果:①观察组与对照组治疗前后证候积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组治疗后的中医证候积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组与对照组综合疗效总有效率分别为88%、80%(22/25、20/25),两组综合疗效的分布无统计学差异(P>0.05);③观察组与对照组止血疗效总有效率分别为92%、88%(23/25、22/25),两组止血疗效分布无统计学差异(P>0.05);④观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为4%、32%(1/25、8/25);两组患者不良反应发生情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用自拟除湿清热止血方治疗经间期出血湿热证效果良好,虽与口服避孕药(优思明)综合疗效及止血效果相当,但用药时间稍短,副作用小,且能从根本上调节患者身体机能,缓解患者伴随症状,故对治疗经间期出血湿热证有较大的推广价值。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of self-made Chushi Qingre Zhixue Formula in the treatment of intermenstrual bleeding of damp-heat syndrome.Methods:50 cases of intermenstrual bleeding of damp-heat syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was treated with self-made Chushi Qingre Zhixue Formula,whereas the control group was treated with Yasmin.After 3 menstrual cycles of the treatment,the TCM symptom scores were measured and the clinical efficacy,hemostasis and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:There were statistical differences in the TCM symptom scores between before and after the treatment within the same group(P<0.05),as well as between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 88%(22/25)in the observation group and it was 80%(20/25)in the control group;of which there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of hemostasis was 92%(23/25)in the observation group and it was 88%(22/25)in the control group;of which there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4%(1/25)in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 32%(8/25)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of self-made Chushi Qingre Zhixue Formula has a good curative effect in the treatment of intermenstrual bleeding of damp-heat syndrome.Although its comprehensive curative effect and hemostatic effect are similar to Yasmin,the medication time of the therapy is shorter and the side effects are less,and it can fundamentally regulate the body function and relieve the accompanying symptoms of the patients,so it has great promotion value in treating intermenstrual bleeding.
