摘要
白藜芦醇是一种非黄酮类多酚物质,存在于葡萄、花生及浆果等多种植物中。现有研究证实,白藜芦醇具有抗氧化应激、抗炎、降脂、延缓衰老和保护心血管系统等广泛的生物活性,在畜牧生产方面也有广泛的应用价值。该文以白藜芦醇的生物学功能作为论述基础,分析其在畜牧生产中的有关应用进展,为发掘其作为新型的功能性饲料添加剂应用提供依据。
Resveratrol is a non-flavonoid polyphenolic substance which is in many plants such as grapes,peanuts and berries.Studies have confirmed that it has a wide range of biological activities such as antioxidant stress,anti-inflammatory,anti-lipid,anti-aging and protecting the cardiovascular system,and extensive researches in animal husbandry production have been also carried out.This article took the biological function of resveratrol as the basis for discussion to explore its application progress in animal husbandry and to provide a basis for exploring the application of new functional feed additives.
