【Objective】To explore the effects of relaxation training combined with comprehensive care on cancer-related fatigue,self-perceived burden(SPB)score and self-efficacy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.【Methods】Ninety patients with nonsmall cell lung cancer chemotherapy admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the conventional group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases)according to different nursing methods. The conventional group was given routine care, and the research group implemented relaxation training combined with comprehensive care on the basis of the conventional group. The effects of nursing methods on the degree of cancer-related fatigue,SPB score and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.【Results】After nursing intervention in the two groups, the SPB score and the scores of cognitive fatigue, physical fatigue, emotional fatigue, and behavioral fatigue in cancer-related fatigue of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),the self-efficacy score of patients in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Combining relaxation training with comprehensive care for non-small cell lung cancer patients with chemotherapy can effectively reduce cancer-related fatigue, reduce the self-perceived burden, and increase the patient's self-efficacy.
