摘要
互联网时代,我国在对网络文化市场进行监管方面,还存在监管体制不顺畅、监管机制不完善和监管能力有待提高等现实问题。为进一步形成对网络文化市场的监管合力,需要构建政府监管与市场主体自律相结合的网络文化市场分级监管体系;同时,要在完善法律法规、加强沟通协调和提升监管能力方面做好保障。
In the Internet era,my country still has real problems in the supervision of the online cultural market,such as the unsmooth supervision system,the imperfect supervision mechanism and the need to improve the supervision capacity.In order to further form the supervision of the online cultural market,it is necessary to build a hierarchical supervision system for the online cultural market that combines government supervision and the self-discipline of market entities;at the same time,it is necessary to ensure the improvement of laws and regulations,strengthen communication and coordination,and enhance supervision capabilities.
