跨境电商产业的飞速发展和运营优势在疫情期间展示得更为明显。然而,跨境电商行业的快速发展与跨境电商教育的滞后形成了鲜明的对比。随着经济发展行业越来越细分,跨境电商行业对跨境电商运营人才在数量及能力的要求上都有更高诉求。本文在分析跨境电商行业发展及跨境电商运营岗位能力的基础上,探究跨境电商运营人才能力的新诉求,并针对性地提出高职院校跨境电商运营人才的培养模式。

With the rapid development of the cross-border e-commerce industry,operational advantages have become more apparent during the epidemic.However,the rapid development of the cross-border e-commerce industry is in sharp contrast with the lag of cross-border e-commerce education.As the economic development industry becomes more and more subdivided,the cross-border e-commerce industry has higher demands on the number and ability of cross-border e-commerce operators.Based on the analysis of the development of the cross-border e-commerce industry and the ability of cross-border e-commerce operation positions,this article explores the new demands of cross-border e-commerce operation talents,and specifically proposes the training of cross-border e-commerce operation talents in higher vocational colleges mode.
