产业结构与就业结构耦合协调分析——以江苏省为例

Analysis on the Coupling Coordination between Industrial Structure and Employment Structure——A case Study of Jiangsu Province

产业结构与就业结构的协调性是衡量区域经济发展水平的重要指标。本文基于1997—2017年江苏省产业结构与就业结构数据,运用结构偏离度公式进行计算,分析了近20年江苏省的产业结构与就业结构协调度时空演变趋势。研究表明:从时间序列来看,三次产业的产业结构与就业结构偏离度大致表现为第一产业>第二产业>第三产业。从空间格局来看,总协调度苏南>苏中>苏北地区。第一产业协调度呈现出苏北>苏中>苏南地区,第二产业协调度呈现出苏南>苏中>苏北地区,第三产业协调度空间格局尚未形成。分析形成该现象的原因,并针对发展中存在的问题提出相应的对策和建议,以期促进江苏省经济更好的发展。

The coordination between industrial structure and employment structure is an important index to measure the level of regional economic development.This paper uses the industrial structure and employment structure data of Jiangsu Province from 1997 to 2017 and uses the structure deviation formula to calculate,and analyzes the temporal and spatial evolution trend of the coordination degree between the industrial structure and employment structure in Jiangsu Province in the past 20 years.The research shows that:from the perspective of time series,The degree of deviation between employment structure and the industrial structure of the three industries is roughly expressed as the primary industry>,the secondary industry>,the tertiary industry.From the perspective of spatial pattern,the total coordination degree of south jiangsu>in south jiangsu>in north jiangsu,the coordination degree of the primary industry shows the coordination degree of north jiangsu>in south jiangsu>in south jiangsu,the coordination degree of the secondary industry shows the coordination degree of south jiangsu>in north jiangsu>,and the spatial pattern of the coordination degree of the tertiary industry has not yet formed.This paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for the problems in the development,so as to promote the better development of jiangsu province's economy.
