适合巡视机器人的输电线路技术改造方案

摘要 为解决输电线路巡视机器人在已建输电线路铁塔上的穿越障碍,分析了输电线路直线铁塔、耐张铁塔的主要障碍,为巡视机器人穿越障碍提供了解决方案。对已建输电线路改造后,巡视机器人能分别从直线铁塔、耐张铁塔实现自动上下塔、自动穿越障碍。为已建输电线路提供巡视机器人改造方案后,方便以后已建输电线路采用巡视机器人,提高输电线路巡视工作的效率。 In order to solve the obstacle of transmission line inspection robot crossing the built transmission line tower.This paper analyzes the main obstacles of transmission line linear tower and tension tower,and provides a solution for the inspection robot to cross the obstacles.After the reconstruction of the existing transmission line,the inspection robot can automatically go up and down the tower from the linear tower and the tension tower,and automatically cross the obstacles.After providing the transformation scheme of inspection robot for the built transmission line,it is convenient to use the inspection robot for the built transmission line in the future and improve the efficiency of inspection work of transmission line.
