给水泵小汽轮机润滑油泵电机自由端振动问题分析及治理

摘要 给水泵汽轮机是火电机组运行重要设备之一,如果交流润滑油泵出现运行故障,将大大降低给水泵汽轮机运行可靠性,如果备用泵和直流油泵不能正常启动,可能会导致机组非停、汽轮机断油烧瓦等严重设备事故。本文通过对小汽轮机润滑油泵电机自由端振动大问题进行分析,并通过检修和摸索实验,成功解决了该问题,归纳出各个因素对振动的影响,以及在处理过程中的思路。 The feed water pump turbine is one of the important equipment in the operation of thermal power units.If the AC lubricating oil pump fails,the operation reliability of the feed water pump turbine will be greatly reduced.If the standby pump and DC oil pump can not start normally,it may lead to serious equipment accidents such as non-stop of the unit,oil cut-off and Bush burning of the turbine.In this paper,through the analysis of the vibration problem of the motor free end of the small turbine lubricating oil pump,and through the maintenance and groping experiment,the problem is successfully solved,and the influence of various factors on the vibration is summarized,as well as the ideas in the process of treatment.
