With the further development of society,people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of power supply,and live working,as an important measure to improve the stability of distribution network,has become a pivotal role in the maintenance means.With the continuous development of live working technology,the working equipment is constantly updated to adapt to the level of maintenance.At present,the insulated drain line must be used when replacing some equipment with load,and some risk factors will appear in the process of using the insulated drain line.The bracket of insulated drain line discussed in this paper is designed to solve some disadvantages in the process of using insulated drain line.So that live working is more safe and distribution line operation is more reliable.
