基于改进层次分析法的输电线路防雷措施效果评估

摘要 传统方法在输电线路防雷措施效果评估实际应用中,评估结果与实际效果相符程度较低,存在较大的评估残差。因此,首先由目标层、指标层、措施层组建评估体系,然后利用改进层次分析法对体系指标层中指标权重值进行计算,最后根据计算结果利用模糊综合评价准则对输电线路防雷措施效果评估进行综合评估。实验证明,设计方法评估残差小于传统方法。 In the practical application of the traditional method in the evaluation of the effect of lightning protection measures for transmission lines,the conformity degree between the evaluation results and the actual effect is low,and there is a large residual error in the evaluation.Firstly,the evaluation system is composed of target layer,index layer and measure layer.Then,the weight value of index in the index layer is calculated by using the improved analytic hierarchy process.Finally,according to the calculation results,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation criterion is used to evaluate the effect of transmission line lightning protection measures.The experimental results show that the residual error of the design method is smaller than that of the traditional method.
