摘要
传统的电力可靠性分析及管理方法偏重于宏观统计,反映了主网运行可靠性的整体水平,国内外基于设备可靠性的分析理论又偏向于试验环境下的理论技术研究,但对于实际工作中各个环节的工作过程评价一直是电力可靠性管理的空白点。长久以来形成了可靠性管理重指标而轻落地的现状,特别是从宏观指标层面很难分析出问题发生的具体环节,更难以指导和制定系统化的改进措施,形成了可靠性评价与实际生产过程之间的断层。针对运维检修过程所涉及到的计划、实施等各环节,基于主网可靠性数据及可靠性管理理念,提出将可靠性管理及评价分析体系应用到运维检修工作过程的方法,并准确定位问题原因,提出有效解决措施。
The traditional power reliability analysis and management methods focus on macro statistics,reflecting the overall level of the main network operation reliability.The analysis theory based on equipment reliability at home and abroad is biased towards the theoretical and technical research in the experimental environment.Based on the main network reliability data and reliability management concept,this paper puts forward the method of applying reliability management and evaluation analysis system to the operation and maintenance process,and accurately locates the crux of the problem,and puts forward effective solutions.
