适应常态化疫情管控的电站远程许可应用

摘要 以人员实名制管理、“三种人”资质管理为基础,利用图像识别、远程控制、移动作业等技术,确保电站安全运行的前提下,开展电站远程许可研究。通过对电站进行远程许可站端设备改造,实现进出站人员身份验证、体温检测、作业过程管控,许可人员进行远程控制和远程授权,减少不必要的人员接触,提高许可人员复用率,提升运维管理效率,适应常态化疫情管控要求,对电网运检模式的转变具有借鉴价值。 Based on the management of real-name personnel system and the qualification management of“three kinds of people”,using image recognition,remote control,mobile operation and other technologies to ensure the safe operation of the power station,carry out research on the remote license of the power station.Through the transformation of the station-side equipment for remote permitting of the power station,the identity verification,body temperature detection,and operation process control of the personnel entering and exiting the station are realized,and the permitting personnel can carry out remote control and remote authorization.Reducing unnecessary personnel contact,increasing the reuse rate of licensed personnel,improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance management,and adapting to the requirements of normalized epidemic control,have reference value for the transformation of the power grid operation and inspection mode.
