电力工程中技改工程的管理问题与策略研究

Research on Management Issues and Strategies of Technical Transformation Projects in Power Engineering

近年来,随着我国社会经济的快速发展与科学技术水平的不断提高,电力工程也得到了迅速的发展,而技改大修工程管理属于电力工程发展与优化过程中的重点项目。对于电力工程来说,经常需要开展一些技改大修工程,但此类项目的工程管理工作开展难度较高,同时设计问题范围较广,因此工程顺利开展难度较大。针对当前电力工程项目的实际情况进行分析,研究了电力工程中技改大修工程管理过程中存在的不足之处,并提出相应的解决方式与发展策略。

In recent years,with the rapid development of my country’s social economy and the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology,power engineering has also developed rapidly,and the management of technical renovation and overhaul projects is a key project in the process of power engineering development and optimization.For electric power engineering,it is often necessary to carry out some technical renovation and overhaul projects,but the project management of such projects is more difficult to carry out,and at the same time,the scope of design problems is wide,so it is more difficult to carry out the project smoothly.This article analyzes the actual situation of current power engineering projects,studies the shortcomings in the management process of technical renovation and overhaul projects in power engineering,and proposes corresponding solutions and development strategies.
