双钩紧线器检验保养试验系统

摘要 针对电力施工工器具双钩紧线器检验保养依靠人工,效率低、保养质量差问题,应用计算机编程、液压系统和机械设计等手段,研制出一套双钩紧线器检验保养试验系统,提高自动化程度,实现双钩紧线器检验、保养和试验流水性作业,有效提高双钩紧线器检验保养效率,解决人工上油不均匀问题,增加了力学试验功能,降低了检修人员工作量,提高了双钩紧线器检验保养试验工作的效率及质量,确保施工现场双钩紧线器使用安全风险管控到位。 In view of the problem that the inspection and maintenance of the double hook and tie down device of electric power construction tools depend on manpower,low efficiency and poor maintenance quality,a set of inspection and maintenance test system for the double hook and tie down device is developed by means of computer programming,hydraulic system and Mechanical design,so as to improve the degree of automation and realize the flow operation of inspection,maintenance and test of the double hook and tie down device,It can effectively improve the inspection and maintenance efficiency of the double hook and thread tightener,solve the problem of uneven manual oiling,increase the mechanical test function,reduce the workload of maintenance personnel,improve the efficiency and quality of the inspection and maintenance test of the double hook and thread tightener,and ensure the safety and risk control of the double hook and thread tightener in the construction site.
