底泥板框压滤脱水干化集成控制系统设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统底泥脱水干化控制系统多以经验值进行控制,系统适用性差、自动化水平低等问题,提出了基于泥浆浓度实时监测的优化控制算法,通过实时监测泥浆浓度实现泥浆调理、板框进料、板框压榨3个工艺过程的精确控制,并设计了基于西门子PLC优化控制系统。系统实际应用表明,优化控制系统不仅实现了物料添加量、板框进料、板框压榨时间的精确控制,降低了物料、能耗成本,而且实现了底泥脱水干化工艺过程的全自动控制,具有较高的自动化水平,大大降低了人工成本。 In order to solve the problems of poor applicability and low automation level of traditional sludge dewatering and drying control system,which is mainly controlled by experience value,a optimal control algorithm based on the real-time monitoring of mud concentration was proposed.Through the real-time monitoring of mud concentration,the accurate control of mud conditioning,filter press feeding and filter press pressing were realized,and the optimal control system based on Siemens PLC was designed.The practical application of the system shows that the optimized control system realizes the precise control of the material addition amount,feeding and pressing time of filter press,and reduces the cost of materials and energy consumption,and realizes the automatic control of the sludge dewatering and drying process,which has a high level of automation and greatly reduces the labor cost.
