摘要
为提升航道整治工程袋装砂斜坡堤施工效率,围绕砂袋选材、设计与加工等开展研究,采用510 g/m^(2)丙纶长丝机织布与150 g/m^(2)无纺布进行复合砂袋制备。通过多层乱纹组织及独特的编织方式,优化了新型砂袋结构设计,并通过现场试验验证了新型砂袋的强度、渗透性与保砂性,实现了砂袋充灌高度达到2 m以上的突破。最后在长江口南槽航道治理一期工程应用中,证明了新型砂袋的适用性与优越性。
In order to improve the construction efficiency of sand bag sloping breakwater in waterway regulation project,innovations were put forward around the key processes of material selection,design and processing.510 g/m^(2) polypropylene filament woven fabric and 150 g/m^(2) non-woven fabric were used for the preparation of composite sand bag.The structure design of new sand bag was optimized through multi-layer disordered texture and unique weaving mode.The strength,permeability and sand retention of the new sand bag were verified through field test,and the breakthrough of sand bag filling height above 2 m was realized.Finally,the applicability and superiority of the new sand bag were proved in the first phase of the Yangtze estuary south channel regulation project.
