肝癌患者中IL-17表达与HBV基因型的相关性研究

Correlation Between IL-17 Expression and HBV Genotypes in Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的探讨肝癌患者中白细胞介素-17(IL-17)表达与乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)基因型的相关性分析。方法选取92例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象纳入肝癌组,选取同期治疗的乙型肝炎患者80例为肝炎组,另选同期健康检查的健康受试者50例为对照组。对三组患者、受试者的血清IL-17水平进行检测对比。并对肝癌组和肝炎组患者的HBV的基因型进行检测,统计对比患者间基因型分布的差异性,并对肝癌患者IL-17水平与HBV基因型相关性进行分析探讨。结果肝癌组患者的IL-17水平高于肝炎组,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。肝癌组患者中随着患者分期的增加,IL-17水平呈现逐渐上升的趋势(P<0.05)。肝癌组患者HBV基因型分布与肝炎组患者HBV基因型分布有显著性差异,肝癌组患者以C基因型为主,肝炎组患者以B基因型为主(P<0.05)。肝癌组患者中,HBV C基因型患者IL-17水平高于B基因型,且高于A基因型、D基因型患者(P<0.05)。结论肝癌患者中IL-17呈现高表达,随肝癌的发生、发展过程呈现规律性升高。并且IL-17的表达与HBV基因型有密切的关联,在C基因型中IL-17呈现高表达。

Objective To investgate the correlation between the expression of interleukin-17(IL-17)and hepatitis B virus(HBV)genotypes in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods 92 patients with primary liver cancer were selected as the research objects and included in the liver cancer group,80 patients with hepatitis B who were treated at the same time were selected as the hepatitis group,and 50 healthy subjects who received health examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum IL-17 in the three groups were detected and compared.HBV genotypes in patients with liver cancer and hepatitis were detected,and the difference of genotype distribution between patients was statistically compared.The correlation between IL-17 level and HBV genotype was analyzed and discussed.Results The level of IL-17 in liver cancer group was higher than that in hepatitis group and the control group(P<0.05).The level of IL-17 increased gradually with the increase of stage in HCC group(P<0.05).The distribution of HBV genotypes in liver cancer group was significantly different from that in hepatitis group.Genotype C was predominant in liver cancer group and genotype B was predominant in hepatitis group(P<0.05).In liver cancer group,IL-17 of HBV genotype C was higher than that of genotype B,and higher than that of genotype A and genotype D(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of IL-17 in patients with HCC is high,which increases regularly with the occurrence and development of HCC.The expression of IL-17 was closely related to HBV genotype,and IL-17 was highly expressed in C genotype.
