抗PD-1/PD-L1单抗治疗进展期非小细胞肺癌的效果及对肿瘤浸润T细胞密度及分布的影响

The Effect of Anti-PD-1/PD-L1 Monoclonal Antibody on Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and Its Effect on Cell Density and Distribution T Tumor Invasion

目的观察进展期非小细胞肺癌应用抗PD-1/PD-L1单抗治疗的效果和对肿瘤浸润T细胞密度及分布的影响。方法选取80例进展期非小细胞肺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组40例。对照组给予多西他赛治疗,观察组给予纳武单抗(Nivolumab)治疗。对比2组近期疗效、不良反应及对肿瘤浸润T细胞密度及分布的影响。结果观察组疾病控制率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组。观察组治疗后CD3+、CD3+/CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于对照组,CD4+/CD125+低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗PD-1/PD-L1单抗治疗进展期非小细胞肺癌有利于提升临床疗效,改善肿瘤浸润T细胞密度及分布情况,控制病情进展,安全可行。

Objective To observe the effect of anti PD-1/PD-L1 monoclonal antibody therapy on the cell density and distribution T tumor invasion in advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 80 patients with advanced non-small cell carcinoma were selected,Using the random number table method,Each group was 40 cases.The control group was treated with docetaxel,Nivolumab treatment was given in the observation group.Compared the short-term effects,adverse reactions and effects on the cell density and distribution T tumor infiltration.Results The disease control rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group.After treatment,CD3 and CD3/CD4 in the observation group were higher than the control group,CD4/CD125 in the observation group were lower than the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with anti-PD-1/PD-L1 monoclonal antibody can improve the clinical efficacy,improve cell density T distribution of tumor invasion,control progress,and it is safe and workable.
