Research on the Development and Key Technologies of the Unified Registration Integrated Management Platform for Real Estate

近年来,各级政府都在开展不动产登记管理平台的建设工作,但由于许多部门之间数据标准不一致,登记平台较为独立,重新建设统一的不动产登记平台非常困难,因此对现有数据整合、应用平台集成是解决问题的关键。本文在深入了解各部门的登记业务以及登记平台的基础上,提出了基于服务的不动产登记信息平台集成解决方案,并阐述了平台实现的关键技术,实现了部门间不动产数据、各类地图服务、文件资料、应用平台的集成和共享。

In recent years,governments at all levels are carrying out the construction of real estate registration management platform.However,due to the inconsistent data standards among different departments,the registration platform is relatively independent,and it is difficult to rebuild a unified real estate registration platform.Therefore,the integration of existing data and application platform is the key to solve the problem.On the basis of in-depth understanding of the registration business and registration platform of each department,this paper put forward an integrated solution of the real estate registration information platform based on services,and expounded the key technologies of the platform implementation,realizing the integration and sharing of the real estate data,various map services,documents and application platform between departments.
