摘要
混合现实(MR)技术能够在现实世界呈现虚拟图像信息,从而在虚拟场景、用户和现实世界之间搭建起一个信息交互的桥梁,可以使复杂的人体结构和病变部位清晰而立体地呈现在术者面前。由于骨科手术解剖结构复杂、个体差异较大、对各种内固定材料与患者匹配精确程度要求较高,利用MR技术可以方便医师多角度观察与分析,制定手术计划、提高手术成功率。本文结合MR技术特点,综述MR技术在骨科临床教学及培训、医患沟通、术前规划、术中导航、术后康复锻炼等方面的研究进展。
Mixed reality(MR)technology can present virtual image information in the real world,thereby building an information exchange bridge between the virtual scene,the user and the real world and can make the complex human body structure and diseased parts bo be clearly presented in front of the surgeon.Due to the complex anatomical structure of orthopedic surgery,the large individual differences and high requirements for the accuracy of matching various internal fixation materials with patients,through MR technology,it is convenient for doctors to observe and analyze from multiple angles,make surgical plans,and improve the success rate of surgery.This article combines the characteristics of MR technology to review the research progress of MR technology in orthopedic clinical teaching and training,doctor-patient communication,preoperative planning,intraoperative navigation,and postoperative rehabilitation exercises.
