摘要
失眠是严重困扰人们正常生活的一类疾病。老年失眠多为气血亏虚,阴阳失调,继发寒、热、痰、湿的本虚标实证。治疗应顺应自然,调和阴阳,结合辨证论治,提倡分时而治,分方而治,日间“开窍醒神”,夜间“宁心安神”为治疗大法,以达阴阳调和,安然入睡的目的,此文总结了跟随赵振发主任学习治疗失眠的心得体会,总结如下,仅供参考学习。
Insomnia is a kind of disease that seriously disturbs people’s normal life.Insomnia in the elderly is mostly due to deficiency of qi and blood,imbalance of yin and yang,cold,heat,phlegm and dampness.Treatment should conform to nature,harmonize yin and yang,combine treatment based on syndrome differentiation,advocate time-sharing and prescription treatment,and“awaken consciousness”during the day and“calm the mind and calm the nerves”at night as the treatment method,so as to achieve the purpose of harmonizing yin and yang and sleeping peacefully.This paper summarizes the experience of learning to treat insomnia with Mr.Zhao Zhenfa,which is summarized as follows for reference only.
