潜阳封髓丹合肾四味治疗更年期综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Qianyang Fengsui Mini-pills Combined with Four Kinds of Medicine for Kidney in the Treatment of Climacteric Syndrome

目的分析更年期综合征患者实施潜阳封髓丹合肾四味治疗的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月收治的74例更年期综合征患者,按随机数字表法分组,对照组37例(替勃龙片),研究组37例(潜阳封髓丹合肾四味),对比2组患者治疗后的疗效。结果从治疗总有效率分析,研究组为97.3%,对照组为81.1%,研究组高于对照组;研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组。结合更年期评估量表,2组患者治疗前评分差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,治疗后研究组的更年期症状有所缓解,评分较对照组低,P<0.05。结论更年期综合征患者应用潜阳封髓丹合肾四味治疗可以积极消除临床症状,治疗安全性较高,还能够有效改善更年期症状的严重程度,临床应用效果较好。

Objective To analyze the effect of Qianyang Fengsui mini-pill combined with four kinds of medicine for kidney on 74 patients with climacteric syndrome in our hospital.Methods 74 patients with climacteric syndrome in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group of 37 cases(Tibolone)and study group of 37 cases(Qianyang Fengsui mini-pill combined with four kinds of medicine for kidney).The curative effect of the two groups after treatment was compared.Results The effective rate was 97.3%in the study group and 81.1%in the control group,and the study group was higher than the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group.Combined with the climacteric assessment scale,there was no difference in the score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the climacteric symptoms of the study group were alleviated,and the score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qianyang Fengsui mini-pill combined with four kinds of medicine for kidney can actively eliminate clinical symptoms in patients with climacteric syndrome.It is safe,and can effectively improve the severity of climacteric symptoms.The clinical effect is better.
