补阳还五汤对老年缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能及炎症因子水平的影响

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Neurological Function and Inflammatory Factors in Elderly Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的研究补阳还五汤对老年缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能及炎症因子水平的影响。方法按随机数字表法将2019年3月—2020年3月接受治疗的80例缺血性脑卒中老年患者分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。2组患者均治疗14 d。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组在此基础上给予补阳还五汤治疗。对比2组患者治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后神经功能及血清IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平。结果观察组的临床总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%;观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,且2组患者在治疗后均降低;2组患者治疗后血清IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,观察组较对照组降低;而ADL评分高于治疗前(观察组高于对照组)(均P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤治疗缺血性脑卒中患者,不仅可以抑制机体炎症反应,促进神经功能恢复,还可使临床症状得以改善,加快病情恢复。

Objective To study the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on neurological function and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with ischemic stroke.Methods According to the random number table method,80 elderly patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given aspirin treatment,and the observation group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 d.The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment was compared.The neurological function and serum IL-6,CRP and TNF-αlevels,the curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results The total effective rate was 97.50%in the observation group,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group;NIHSS score and serum levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment(the observation group was lower than the control group),while the ADL score was higher than that before treatment(the observation group was higher than the control group)(all P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke can not only inhibit the inflammatory reaction,promote the recovery of neurological function,but also improve the clinical symptoms and accelerate the recovery of the disease.
