解郁平肝汤对高血压合并焦虑症患者血压变异性及炎性因子的影响

Effect of Jieyu Pinggan Decoction on Blood Pressure Variability and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Anxiety Disorder

目的研究解郁平肝汤对高血压合并焦虑症患者血压变异性及炎性因子的影响。方法选取2018年2月—2020年2月收治的100例高血压合并焦虑症患者,按随机数字表法划分为对照组50例和试验组50例。对照组患者服用马来酸依那普利片和黛力新片,试验组患者服用马来酸依那普利片和黛力新片联合解郁平肝汤。28 d为一个疗程,均治疗28 d。比较2组患者治疗效果;治疗前后血压变异性指标以及血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-1β水平。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组患者的76.00%;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者24 h DSD、24 h SSD、dDSD、dSSD、nDSD、nSSD水平、血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-1β水平均下降,试验组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论解郁平肝汤可有效缓解高血压合并焦虑症患者临床症状,稳定血压变异性水平,抑制机体炎症反应。

Objective To study the effect of Jieyu Pinggan decoction on blood pressure variability and inflammatory factors in patients with hypertension and anxiety disorder.Methods From February 2018 to February 2020,100 patients with hypertension complicated with anxiety disorder in our hospital were selected.They were divided into control group of 50 cases and experimental group of 50 cases according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were given enalapril maleate tablets and deanxit tablets,while patients in the experimental group were given enalapril maleate tablets and deanxit tablets combined with Jieyu Pinggan decoction.28 days was a course of treatment for 28 days.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure variability index and serum levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-1βbefore and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 65.00%of the control group.Compared with before treatment,the levels of 24 hDSD,24 hSSD,dDSD,dSSD,nDSD,nSSD,serum TNF-α,hs CRP,IL-1βlevels of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Jieyu Pinggan decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with hypertension complicated with anxiety disorder,stabilize the blood pressure variability level,and inhibit the inflammatory reaction of the body.
