自拟清肺化痰合剂联合健康教育对哮喘患者肺功能及炎性因子的影响

Effect of Self-designed Qingfei Huatan Mixture Combined with Health Education on Pulmonary Function and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Asthma

目的研究自拟清肺化痰合剂联合健康教育对哮喘患者肺功能及炎性因子的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年6月—2020年1月收治的98例热哮证哮喘患者,可分为对照组和治疗组,各49例。对照组患者服用喘咳宁片治疗,治疗组在前者基础上服用自拟清肺化痰合剂治疗,2组患者均在治疗期间给予健康教育干预,干预周期为28 d。比较2组患者治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后2组患者肺功能指标及FEV%、FEV_(1)/FVC、PEF及血清EOS、IL-5、IL-8水平变化。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率为93.88%,高于对照组患者的73.47%;治疗后2组患者FEV%、FEV_(1)/FVC、PEF指标较治疗前均升高,且治疗组高于对照组;治疗后2组患者FEV%、FEV_(1)/FVC、PEF指标较治疗前均升高,且治疗组较对照组高;治疗后2组患者血清EOS、IL-5、IL-8水平均较治疗前下降,且治疗组较对照组低(均P<0.05)。结论自拟清肺化痰合剂联合健康教育可缓解患者临床症状,改善肺功能,抑制炎症反应。

Objective To study the effects of self-designed Qingfei Huatan mixture combined with health education on pulmonary function and inflammatory factors in patients with asthma. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 98 patients with thermal asthma admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to January 2020,which could be divided into control group and treatment group,with 49 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated with Chuankening tablet,and those in the treatment group were treated with self-designed Qingfei Huatan mixture on the basis of the former. Patients in both groups were given health education intervention during the treatment period,which lasted for 28 days. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment was compared,and the changes of lung function indexes,FEV%,FEVl/FVC,PEF and serum EOS,IL-5 and IL-8 levels in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate was 93. 88% in the treatment group,which was higher than 73. 47% in the control group. After treatment,the FEV%,FEVl/FVC and PEF indexes of the two groups were all higher than those before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group. After treatment,the FEV%,FEVl/FVC and PEF indexes of the two groups were all higher than those before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group. After treatment,serum levels of EOS,IL-5 and IL-8 in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group( all P <0. 05). Conclusion The combination of self-designed Qingfei Huatan mixture and health education can alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the clinical efficacy and lung function,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors and the bronchial injury.
