《伤寒杂病论》中附子配伍规律探析

根据《伤寒杂病论》含有附子的37首方剂和59条相关条文,探析附子的配伍应用规律:用量用法上,附子运用有生熟之分,炮制方面有“炮、破、去皮”等不同,服药方法有顿服、日2服、日3服等方式,附子的用量在“二分(7.8 g)”到“大者十枚(散剂300 g)”之间,用药剂型有汤、散、丸剂之区别;主治证候上,附子主治“恶寒,疼痛,发热,漏汗,烦躁,小便不利,四肢拘急”等证候;配伍规律上,附子常与干姜、白术、黄连、人参、茯苓、薏苡仁、大黄、麻黄等药配伍组成不同功效的药对,治疗各种不同类型的病证,疗效显著。

According to 37 prescriptions and 59 relevant articles of aconite in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,this paper analyzes the compatibility and application rules of aconite:in terms of dosage and usage,aconite can be used raw and cooked,in terms of processing,there are also differences in processing,broken and peeled,the methods of taking medicine include administering at draught,taking two at a time and taking three at a time.Aconite’s dosage is between 7.8 g and 300 g,including decoction,powder and pill,in terms of main treatment syndromes,aconite is mainly used to treat coldness,pain,fever,sweating,fidgety,dysuria,limb arrest and other syndromes,in terms of compatibility law,aconite is often combined with dried ginger,Atractylodes macrocephala,Coptis,ginseng,tuckahoe,coix seed,rhubarb,ephedra and other drugs to form drug pairs with different efficacy,and for various types of diseases,there has significantly therapeutic effect.
