血府逐瘀汤对急性脑梗死患者氧化应激反应及炎症反应的影响

Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Oxidative Stress Response and Inflammation in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤对急性脑梗死患者氧化应激反应及炎症反应的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将(2018年7月—2019年12月)收治的94例急性脑梗死患者,分为对照组和试验组,各47例。对照组给予阿司匹林、依达拉奉等药物治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合血府逐瘀汤治疗,2组均治疗2周。比较治疗前后2组患者中医证候评分、氧化应激因子、炎症反应指标。结果与对照组相比,治疗后2组患者血清SOD水平升高,且试验组高于对照组;而意识不清、半身不遂、口舌歪斜等中医证候积分、血清MDA、AOPPS、MMP-9、CRP、TNF-α水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤能够通过抑制氧化应激反应及炎症反应,减轻患者脑部损伤,改善患者临床症状。

Objective To study the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on oxidative stress response and oxidative stress response in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods According to the random number table method,94 patients with acute cerebral infarction(from July 2018 to December 2019)admitted to our hospital were divided into a control group and a experimental group,with 47 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Aspirin,Edaravone and other drugs,and patients in the experimental group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group,with a treatment period for 2 weeks in both groups.The scores of TCM symptoms,oxidative stress factors and inflammation indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the serum SOD level of the two groups of patients increased after treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,while unconsciousness,hemiplegia,crooked tongue and other TCM syndrome scores,serum MDA,AOPPS,MMP-9,CRP,TNF-αlevel decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can reduce the brain injury and improve the clinical symptoms in patients by inhibiting oxidative stress response and inflammation.
