八区八穴眼针疗法对气虚血瘀型中风患者平衡功能的影响

Effect of Ophthalmic Acupuncture Therapy of Eight Areas and Eight Points on Balance Function of Stroke Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的探讨八区八穴眼针疗法对气虚血瘀型中风患者平衡功能的影响。方法选取2019年4月—2020年4月在辽宁中医药大学附属医院脑病科就诊的60例中风患者,经中医辨证为气虚血瘀型,按照随机数字表法分组。对照组30例采取常规治疗,试验组30例采取八区八穴眼针疗法进行治疗,比较2组患者的平衡能力以及通过神经功能缺损评分比较2组患者的临床总有效率。结果试验组患者临床总有效率为86.67%,对照组临床总有效率为63.33%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者左右偏移、轨迹长、单位面积轨迹长,优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论八区八穴眼针疗法对气虚血瘀型中风患者平衡功能、神经功能缺损评分效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of ophthalmic acupuncture therapy of eight areas and eight points on the balance function of stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020 in department of encephalopathy of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 stroke patients were syndrome differentiation classified as the qi deficiency and blood stasis type.According to random number table method,the control group of 30 patients was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group of 30 cases took ophthalmic acupuncture therapy of eight areas and eight points.The balance and neural function defect scale,the clinical effective rate between the two groups was compared.Results The clinical effective rate was 86.67%in the experimental group and 63.33%in the control group.The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in terms of left and right deviation,trajectory length and unit area trajectory length,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The ophthalmic acupuncture therapy of eight areas and eight points has a significant effect on the score of balance function and nerve function defect in stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis.
