“三元主体”结构视角下党内政治文化的功能分析

An Analysis of the Function of the Political Culture in Internal Party from the Perspective of the"Ternary Subject"Structure

党内政治文化建设离不开特定主体的推动,特定主体是党内政治文化建设的核心,主体不同其所对应的政治文化的结构功能就有差别。党内政治文化结构是指构成党内政治文化的各种要素之间彼此影响、相互作用而形成的关系模式。而党内政治文化主体结构是由党的不同政治主体的政治文化要素之间互动、影响而形成的关系与格局。中国共产党党内政治文化结构是“三元主体”党内政治文化,即微观层次党内政治文化(个体党员政治文化)、党组织政治文化(中观层次党内政治文化)、党内整体政治文化(宏观层次党内政治文化),每个层次政治文化有着不同的文化功能。从当前党内政治文化研究成果看,还没有从其主体结构的视角系统探讨其作用机理与功能。

The construction of political culture within the party is inseparable from the promotion of specific subjects.Specific subjects are the core of the construction of political culture within the party.Different subjects have different structural functions of the corresponding political culture.The structure of political culture within the party refers to the relationship model formed by the influence and interaction between the various elements of the political culture within the party.The main structure of political culture within the party is the relationship and pattern formed by the interaction and influence of the political and cultural elements of different political subjects of the party.The political culture structure within the Communist party of China is the"Ternary Subject"internal party political culture,that is,the micro-level political culture within the Party(political culture of individual party member),political culture of the party organization(political culture of medium level within the party),and the overall internal party political culture(political culture of macro-level within the party),each level of political culture has different cultural functions.Viewing from the current research results of political culture within the party,its mechanism and function has not systematically been discussed from the perspective of its main structure.
