摘要
小学生大课间活动方案的设计应当遵循分层原则,做到强度适中、简单实用。教师应合理设计多样化的活动内容,并注重联合各方教师的力量,共同完成活动目标。为此,本文将立足于小学大课间活动的开展现状,基于学生实际探讨开展大课间活动的有效策略,以期提高学生的身体素质。
The design of primary school students’inter-class activities should follow the principle of stratification,so that the intensity is moderate,simple and practical.Teachers should rationally design diversified activity content,and pay attention to uniting the strength of teachers from all sides to jointly complete the activity goals.To this end,this article will base on the status quo of large-time activities in primary schools,and explore effective strategies for large-time activities based on the actual situation of students,in order to improve the physical fitness of students.
