摘要
在当前的高中班级管理中,大多数班主任仍然沿用传统的管理思想,缺乏创新意识和改革举措,导致学生的主体发展和认知意识存在偏差,不利于学生的素质发展,其德育渗透效果不佳。因此,笔者结合自身教育管理经验,对新时期高中班主任德育管理工作展开研究。
In the current high school class management,most of the head teachers still use traditional management ideas,lacking innovative awareness and reform measures,leading to deviations in the subject development and cognitive awareness of students,which is not conducive to the quality development of students,and its moral education penetrates not effectively.Therefore,the author combines his own educational management experience to conduct research on the moral education man‐agement of senior high school head teachers in the new era.
