摘要 教师能够通过课堂观察量表了解相关学生在课堂上的表现,从而根据这些表现对自己教学的具体实现方法加以改进和改变,进而提高自身的教学水平,所以课堂观察量表在课堂中的作用是很大的。本文从课堂观察量表的具体设置出发,就课堂观察量表对教师行为产生的影响作出了阐述,并就教师行为改变的具体方法做了具体的表述,期望对青年教师教学行为的改进和教学水平的提高有所帮助。 Teachers can use the classroom observation scale to understand the performance of relevant students in the classroom,so as to improve and change their own teaching methods based on these performances,thereby improving their own teaching level,so the classroom observation scale is in the classroom.The effect is very big.This article starts from the specific setting of the classroom observation scale,expounds the influence of the classroom observation scale on teacher be‐havior,and makes specific expressions on the specific methods of teacher behavior change,hoping to improve and improve the teaching behavior of young teachers.The improvement of teaching level has helped.
