摘要
为解决城市内涝问题,从海绵城市视角出发,利用美国暴雨管理模型(SWMM)建立兰州交通大学校园雨洪径流模型,针对研究区水资源短缺和城市内涝的矛盾,选择适合研究区的LID措施,模拟研究区在不同LID措施下不同重现期时的雨洪调控效果。结果表明,LID措施组合布置时对研究区径流的消减作用最好,其中径流总量消减率和径流峰值消减率最高可达58.9%、57.0%;峰现时间最大可推迟12min。在小重现期降雨下,LID措施的雨洪调控效果更佳。
In order to solve urban waterlogging problem,the rainstorm management model(SWMM)is used to establish the stormwater runoff model for the campus of Lanzhou Jiaotong University from the perspective of sponge City.Aiming at the contradiction between water resources shortage and urban waterlogging in the study area,the LID measures suitable for the study area are selected to simulate the rainfall and flood control effect in different return periods under different LID measures.The results show that the combination of LID measures has the best effect on runoff reduction in the study area.The maximum reduction rate of total runoff and peak runoff can reach 58.9%and 57.0%,and the maximum peak time can be delayed by 12 minutes.Under the condition of small return period rainfall,the effect of LID is better.
