摘要
针对水文资料整编自动化程度与时效性低的问题,构建了水文资料实时自动整编业务流程,建立了支撑在线实时自动整编的服务调度和基于回溯的整编资料质量管控模型,据此研发了水文资料实时在线自动整编系统,该系统能根据需求灵活调度整编服务,实现自动实时在线整编,并支持用户按需进行整编过程和数据的回溯与控制。实例应用结果表明,系统的功能、效率、计算精度满足需求,运行稳定可靠,大幅减轻了人工整编工作量,并提高了水文资料的时效性。
In order to solve the problem of low automation degree and timeliness of hydrological data processing and compiling,the operation procedure of real-time automatic processing and compiling of hydrological data is constructed,and a service scheduling model supporting online real-time automatic processing and compiling as well as a quality control model based on backtracking are established.Thus,a real-time online automatic processing and compiling system of hydrological data is developed.The system is able to flexibly schedule the processing and compiling service according to the demand,and realize automatic real-time online processing and compiling,and support users to control and backtrack the process as well as the data of the processing and compiling according to their needs.The practical application indicates that this system meets the function,efficiency,computational accuracy,and runs stably,which greatly reduces the workloads of manual processing and compiling,and improves the timeliness of hydrological data.
