摘要 针对河北省水资源短缺现状,结合"水专项"污染防治工作进展情况,构建基于DPSIRM模型定性与定量相结合的水资源承载力评价指标体系,并应用模糊物元综合评价法计算河北省水资源承载力。结果表明,河北省水资源承载力指标体系中压力子系统占比较高,生活、生产和水环境变化对水资源影响较大;管理子系统占比较小,当前水环境管理水平较低。整体上水环境承载力处于Ⅲ级水平,各年承载力水平呈上升趋势,2015~2017年承载力水平较高。研究成果可为后续水环境治理提供参考。 In view of the current situation of water shortage in Hebei Province and the progress of pollution prevention and control work of"National water pollution control and management technology major projects",an evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity was established based on DPSIRM model combining qualitative and quantitative.And then the fuzzy matter-element comprehensive evaluation method was applied to calculate the water resources carrying capacity in Hebei Province.The results show that the pressure subsystem is relatively high in the index system of water resources carrying capacity in Hebei Province,and the change of life,production and water environment has a great impact on water quality.The management subsystem is relatively small,and the current water environment management level is low.The overall environmental carrying capacity is at the third level,with an increasing trend in each year,and the carrying capacity is relatively high from 2015 to 2017.The research results can provide reference for subsequent water environment management.
