摘要 为了确定鸡新城疫病毒、禽流感病毒(H9亚型)、禽腺病毒三联灭活疫苗抗体免疫持续期,从而指导鸡病防控,试验将哈药集团生物疫苗有限公司试制的三批鸡新城疫病毒、禽流感病毒(H9亚型)、禽腺病毒三联灭活疫苗经颈部皮下分别接种7日龄和21日龄SPF鸡,7日龄鸡于免疫后第7 d、11 d、14 d、21 d、28 d、1个月、2个月和3个月采血;21日龄鸡于免疫后第7 d、11 d、14 d、21 d、28 d、1个月、2个月、3个月、4个月和5个月采血,分离血清,分别测定免疫鸡血清中鸡新城疫病毒、禽流感病毒(H9亚型)和禽腺病毒的抗体效价。结果显示:三批疫苗免疫7日龄SPF鸡后,免疫后11 d后鸡新城疫病毒、禽流感病毒(H9亚型)和禽腺病毒产生抗体,21~28 d三种病毒抗体均达到抗体高峰,高峰期持续至免疫后1个月,免疫后3个月下降到有效保护标准以下。三批疫苗免疫21日龄SPF鸡后,免疫后11 d鸡新城疫病毒、禽流感病毒(H9亚型)和禽腺病毒产生抗体,三种病毒的抗体在免疫后21~28 d达到抗体高峰,高峰期持续至免疫后2个月,免疫后3个月开始下降,免疫后5个月下降到有效保护标准以下。说明鸡新城疫病毒、禽流感病毒(H9亚型)、禽腺病毒三联灭活疫苗免疫2周龄以下的鸡免疫持续期为2个月,免疫2周龄以上的鸡免疫持续期为4个月。 In order to determine the immune duration of inactivated vaccine against newcastle disease virus,avian influenza virus(H9 subtype)and avian adenovirus,and to guide the prevention and the control of chicken diseases,three batches of newcastle disease virus,avian influenza virus(H9 subtype)and avian adenovirus produced by Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Biological Vaccine Co.,Ltd.Seven-day and 21-day SPF chickens were inoculated subcutaneously with the triple inactivated avian adenovirus vaccine.Blood samples were collected on the 7th day,the 11th day,the 14th day,the 21th day,the 28th day,the 1st month,the 2nd month and the 3rd month after immunization;blood samples were collected from 21 day chickens on the 7th day,the 11th day,the 14th day,the 21th day,the 28th day,the 1st month,the 2nd month,the 3rd month,the 4th month and 5th month after immunization to isolate the serum and determine the antibody titers of newcastle disease virus,avian influenza virus(H9 subtype)and avian adenovirus.The results showed that the antibodies of newcastle disease virus,avian influenza virus(H9 subtype)and avian adenovirus were produced on the 11th day after immunization of 7-day SPF chickens,and the antibodies of the three viruses reached the peak from the 21th to 28th day,the peak lasted until the first month after immunization,and fell below the effective protection standard on the 3rd month after immunization.The antibodies of newcastle disease virus,avian influenza virus(H9 subtype)and avian adenovirus were produced on the 11th day after immunization on 21-day SPF chickens.The antibodies of the three viruses reached the peak on the 21th to 28th day after immunization,and the peak lasted until the 2nd month after immunization.The antibody began to decline in the 3rd month after immunization,and fell below the effective protection standard in the 5th month after immunization.The results showed that the immune duration of chickens under two weeks old was two months,and that of chickens over two weeks old was four months.
