中药提取物对凌云乌鸡蛋品质的影响

Effects of Chinese Herb Extracts on Egg Quality of Lingyun Silky Fowl

为研究中药(松针、丝瓜叶、泡桐花、贯众、伸筋草、老鹳草、钩吻)提取物对凌云乌鸡蛋品质的影响,试验随机选取40周龄体况一致的健康凌云乌鸡1800只,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组3个重复,每重复300只鸡,进行为期7周的饲养试验,其中预试期为1周,正试期为6周,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮基础上添加中药提取物500 mg·kg^(-1)。结果表明:试验组鸡的蛋黄比率、哈氏单位、蛋比重、蛋形指数、血肉斑率、蛋黄颜色显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。说明饲粮中添加中药提取物能够提高凌云乌鸡的蛋品质。

In order to study the effect of of Chinese herb extracts of pine needles,loofah leaves,paulownia flowers,guanzhong,glutinous grass,geranium and gelsemium on the quality of Lingyun silky fowl.1800 healthy and physical consistency Lingyun silky fowlswhich were 40 weeks old were randomly assigned to two groups,each group had three repeats,every repeat had 300 Lingyun silky fowls.The feeding test lasted for seven weeks,in which the pre-test period was one week and the main test period was six weeks.The control groupwas provided with basic diet,while testgroup was fed with basic diets added to 500 mg·kg^(-1) Chinese herb extracts.The results showed that test group was much better than the control groupin percentage of yolk,haugh unit of eggs,specific gravity of eggs,egg-shape index,flesh and blood spot rate and yolk color(P<0.05)after the experiment.These results indicated that dietary Chinese herb extracts can improve egg quality of Lingyun silky fowl.
