真空加温润药结合响应面法在蜜炙甘草工艺中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的优化炙甘草炮制工艺,提高饮片产量。方法采用真空润药机闷润甘草药材与传统浸泡,淋润方法进行比较,并制备甘草饮片,同时基于响应曲面设计法考察甘草加蜜量、闷润时间、烘干温度对蜜炙甘草炮制工艺的影响,甘草苷、甘草酸及浸出物含量,优化蜜炙甘草炮制工艺。结果采用真空润药机软化甘草药材具有饮片含水率低,软化效果好等优点;运用Box-Behnken响应面法优选得到最佳工艺为:拌蜜量25%,闷润时间5 h,干燥温度70℃。结论优化后的工艺条件,甘草苷含量为0.54%,甘草酸含量为2.02%,浸出物含量为49%,产率大于80%,高于传统炮制工艺,为蜜炙甘草饮片的工厂加工提供参考,推动中药现代化,专业化,智能化。 Objective To optimize the processing technology of licorice root and increase the yield of pieces.Methods The vacuum moistening machine was used to moisten Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch., The effects of the amount of liquorice honey, moistening time and drying temperature on the processing technology of honey roasted Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. The processing technology of honey roasted Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.was optimized by the evaluation of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid and extract content.Results It has the advantages of low moisture content and good softening effect to soften liquorice with vacuum moistening machine;using box Behnken response surface method to optimize the optimal process: 25% honey, 5 hours of moistening time, drying temperature of 70℃.Conclusion the content of glycyrrhizin is 0.54%, the content of glycyrrhizic acid is 2.02%, the content of extract is 49%, the yield is greater than 80%, which is higher than the traditional processing technology, providing a reference for the factory processing of honey roasted licorice slices, and promoting the modernization, specialization and intelligence of traditional Chinese medicine.
