基于辨构论治的颈部调衡法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效观察

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo with Cervical Balance Regulation on The Basis of Structure Differentiation Theory

目的观察辨构论治理论指导下的颈部调衡法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取2018年9月至2019年12月于我院就诊的61例颈性眩晕患者,随机分为试验组(n=31)和对照组(n=30),试验组使用颈部调衡法结合针刺,对照组使用针刺治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)评分、椎动脉和基底动脉血流速度以及疗效。结果试验组的ESCV评分、椎动脉和基底动脉血流速度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颈部调衡法能改善程度及症状,恢复椎动脉基底动脉血流速度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of cervical vertigo with cervical balance regulation on the basis of structure differen tation theory. Methods 61 patients with cervical vertigo treated in our hospital from September 2018 to December 2019, randomly divided into experimental group(n=31) and control group(n=30), the test group used neck adjustment method combined with acupuncture, and the control group used acupuncture treatment. Cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scale(ESCV) scores, vertebral artery and basilar artery blood flow velocity and efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The ESCV score and blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the test group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The neck balance method can improve the degree and symptoms and restore the blood flow velocity of the vertebral artery and basilar artery.
