Syndrome animal models are effective instruments for studying the essences of syndromes. Thus the preparation and evaluation of such models are critical premises for carrying out experiments on syndrome animals. The paper first summarizes the construction idea and evaluation method for syndrome animal models. Next, it discusses relevant application values and existing problems. Then it proposes advice for improvement, including reasonably adding in intervention factors, normalizing the evaluation system, and innovating in research ideas, aiming to provide references for constructing and evaluating syndrome animal models.
