摘要
目的考察不同产地及不同类型牛膝种子统一栽培条件下,生长指标、产量、浸出物、β-蜕皮甾酮以及齐墩果酸含量的差异,为牛膝优质种源的选择及规范化种植提供部分理论支持。方法收集不同产区、不同类型牛膝种子,进行统一规范化种植管理,记录生长指标的变化,测量产量、浸出物,高效液相法测β-蜕皮甾酮和齐墩果酸含量。结果道地产区与非道地产区生长指标差异明显;秋子的产量明显高于蔓苔子产量;各产地各种源的牛膝成分含量差异明显,温县、武陟的牛膝在β-蜕皮甾酮、齐墩果酸含量上秋子均高于蔓苔子。道地和非道地、秋子和蔓苔子的牛膝能够区分开来。结论产地、种源不同的牛膝生长指标、产量及品质都有显著差别,道地产区秋子种植得来的药材产量及质量相对较高。综合药材品质和产量的效益最大化,种植产区推荐道地产区,种子类型建议使用秋子。
Objective To investigate the differences in growth indexes, yields, extracts, β-ecdysterone, and oleanolic acid of Achyranthes bidentata BI. Cultivated in Daodi from different Origins. It aims to support the selection of high-quality seeds and standardized cultivation. Methods Collect Achyranthes bidentata BI. seeds from different Origins, carry out unified and standardized planting management, record the growth index changes, measure the yield and extract, measure the content of β-ecdysterone and oleanolic acid by HPLC. Results There are obvious differences between the growth index of Daodi area and other production areas;The output of Qiuzi is significantly higher than that of Mantaizi.The content of Achyranthes bidentata from various sources varies significantly;The content of β-ecdysterone and oleanolic acid in Achyranthes bidentata B1. of Qiuzi is significantly higher than that of Mantaizi.We can clearly separate Daodi area from other production areas.We can clearly separate Qiuzi and Mantaizi too.Conclusion There are significant differences in growth indicators, yield and quality from different Origins.The highest yield and quality of Achyranthes bidentata BI. planted by Qiuzi in Daodi.Considering the maximization of benefits, It is recommended to use Qiuzi in Daodi area.
