摘要
为了研究风载荷对导线爆破除冰的响应特性,进行了输电线路爆破除冰试验,并建立了试验线路的有限元模型,通过有限元软件模拟获得了作用于覆冰导线的风载荷和爆炸冲击载荷,用ABAQUS对试验工况进行了模拟验证.进一步对重冰区覆冰导线在不同风速条件下爆破除冰动力响应进行了仿真分析,得到了输电线路在风载荷和爆炸冲击载荷共同作用下导线跳跃高度与风速之间的关系,以及风速、爆破量对导线动张力的影响.结果表明:考虑风载荷作用下的爆破除冰试验中,对导爆索延时爆破能够降低导线跳跃高度;在一定风速下,对覆冰20mm的导线进行爆破除冰时,爆破量存在一个临界值,当爆破量小于临界值时,导线跳跃高度基本不变;当风速过大时,导线动张力峰值会大于导线最大许用运行张力,并不适合进行爆破除冰,而在无风和低风速条件下可以选择合适爆破量进行爆破除冰工作.
In order to study the response of wire blasting deicing under wind load,the blasting deicing experiment of transmission lines was carried out and the finite element model of the experimental lines was established.The wind load and explosion impact load acting on the ice-covered wire were obtained by finite element software simulation,and the experimental conditions were simulated and verified by ABAQUS.Furthermore,in the condition of different wind speeds,the dynamic responses of the icecovered wire in the heavy icing area were simulated,and the relationship between the jumping height of the wire and the wind speed under the combined effects of the wind load and the explosion impact load was obtained.The effect of the wind speed and the blasting amount on the dynamic tension of the wire were researched.The results show that the delay blasting of detonating cord can reduce the jumping height of the wire in the blasting deicing experiment with wind load.When 20mm ice-covered wire is deiced by blasting in a certain wind speed,there is a critical blasting amount.When the blasting amount is less than the critical value,the jumping height of the wire is basically unchanged.When the wind speed is too high,the tension in the wire will be greater than the allowable tension of the wire,which is not suitable for blasting deicing.However,under the condition of no wind and low wind speed,the appropriate blasting percentage can be selected for blasting deicing.
